How the Professional Timeshare Brokerage Service Works:

Your timeshare listing will be marketed with a professionally designed web page featuring a detailed description of the resort and the surrounding area, vivid pictures, details of the costs associated with purchase, and an area for your potential buyers to contact our network of licensed timeshare resale brokers with offers and questions they may have. All offers will be submitted to you for your review.

When we find a buyer, we will take care of the entire transfer of ownership process, including

Fees / Commissions:

There are no up front out of pocket fees required to list your timeshare for sale with our licensed timeshare resale broker network. Your timeshare will be listed for sale with us until sold or you tell us to remove it. There is a 15% or $1,500.00 (whichever is greater) commission at time of sale only if we bring you the buyer.

What about the transfer fees and closing costs?

The buyer typically pays all fees associated with the transfer of ownership including closing, escrow, applicable resort transfer fees, recording fees, and usually the maintenance fee associated with first available use. As with any purchase, all of these fees are negotiable between the buyer and seller. It is becoming more common for sellers to pay some of the fees than it used to be.

Can I Cancel My Lising?

You have the right to cancel your listing agreement with us at any time.

What if I sell my Timeshare on my Own?

If you sell your timeshare on your own you owe us no commissions; All that we ask is that you let us know if your timeshare is no longer available for sale so our affiliated brokers do not continue to market your listing.
